“Square Shape Easel Card”
 “with Calendar ”

Materials & Equipment
8 x 8 in (20cm x 20cm )white card folded
8 x 8 in (20cm x 20cm)cream card
8 x 8 in (20cm x 20cm) backing paper in the colour of your choice

Strip of coloured and white card
Image Robyn’s Fetish images   “A CABIN IN THE WOODS”
Colouring medium – Promarkers
Mulberry paper flowers, sentiment of choice
Scissors, Double sided tap, Foam Pads

Step One
Take your 8 x 8 in (20cm x 20cm) white folded card,
using the groovy board and scoring tool,
make a groove half way down the front side of the card.
(This is to be folded to make the easel card to stand)

Showing the fold to create the easel

Step Two
Take the backing paper and attached using double sided tape
 to the 8 x 8 in (20cm x 20cm) cream card.

Step Three
Place the double sided tape place on the bottom half of the cream card.
This is attach to the bottom half of the white scored card

Step Four
Colour the image, I have used Promarkers.
Take the backing papers and layer them,
using double sided tape to attach the layers to one another
On the inside of the main card, using thick foam pads
attached a strip of white card, (2in(5cm)x 7.5in(18cm)).
Make it fit the full length of the card where indicated in picture below.
Add slightly smaller strip of coloured card onto your white strip of card.
The foam pads gives the height to the strip and to support the top
of the card when open.

Here is the completed card.
I have attached  the calendar, mulberry paper flower and the sentiment.

Thanks for joining me for this Tutorial,
Happy New Year
Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
